Swanson Returns to the Track of His 1st URC Win
Big Diamond might be just what the doctor ordered for Jonathan Swanson and crew. Swanson, who’s year isn’t going quite the way he wanted it to, is hoping he can rekindle the magic the 17j had last year at the Big Diamond Speedway located in God’s Country, PA. In 2010, Swanson scored his 1st URC victory at Big Diamond Speedway and this year he is looking for a repeat performance.
After Big Diamond, the teams will have a short tow for Saturday night’s race located at the Selinsgrove Speedway in PA. Swanson, who loves the speed at the track, will be looking for a top performance in the 17j.
Last weekend, Swanson and the 17j competed at the Rislone Nationals located at the Williams Grove Speedway in PA. Swanson would fail to qualify for the event which was stacked with some of the top 410 and 360 talents in the Northeast.
Saturday night’s URC race at the Bridgeport Speedway fell to rain.
